Fifth Third Bank looked to launch a new suite of credit cards

to simplify and better target their products to existing and prospective customers.


We developed new product names, soft vetted and wrote product positioning and value statements for each card. Provided several card designs, and executed through to plastic production.


The launch also included a cohesive customer conversion contact stream across different channels.
